By accessing and using Verbo ("the Service", accessible at verboapp.online), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Verbo is a language learning application. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to the user.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features (CEFR levels B2, C1, and C2) require a paid annual subscription processed via our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. By selecting the Pro plan, you agree to pay the annual recurring fee indicated. You may cancel your subscription at any time. First-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy (/refund); we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods thereafter.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
